Dan has extensive background in mechanical engineering, construction and renovation experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction. The son of an accountant, he has been able to absorb his father’s extensive business, accounting and bookkeeping knowledge. This has created a knowledge base that is a natural marriage with real estate investing. Dan handles the day to day operations of Key Properties.
Ann Benner
Ann has extensive background in managing clients in the field of community services. She manages developmentally disabled adults in job coaching and work placement. Her management skills have been critical in developing our systems and in efficient tenant relations. Ann oversees the property management and renovation aspect of our company.
